How to clean your touch screen display.
Clean the touch screen with non-ammonia based glass cleaner or isopropyl alcohol. Always spray the cleaner on the cloth and then clean the screen.

How to troubleshoot your point2explore system.
  1. Check all connections and restart your system.
  2. Swap out the piece of hardware that seems to be the problem (i.e. connect another display or swap in a different pair of speakers). Note: in order to trouble shoot the display, you do not have to swap out the touch screen display with another touch screen. You can use any computer display and attach a mouse for "clicking".
  3. Write down any error messages you come across to help narrow down the problem
  4. If you can get to the Windows desktop, reinstall the point2explore software
